Returns and Refunds
Other than clearance sales, you can return anything you buy from us and receive a full refund of the product price you paid, or an exchange, as long as you return your purchase within 7 days, and providing we receive it in the same condition as you did originally.

You will be responsible for any return freight costs and our standard delivery charges will apply to exchanged goods returned to you.

Before you return your product, please complete the online contact form through the 'Contact Us' link on our website or contact us on (03) 901 25429. One of our staff will assist you with your return and issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Once you have been issued with an RA number you may return your item(s) to us with your comments at: AGIFT, PO Box 2106, Taylors Lakes, Victoria, 3038, Australia. You must obtain an RA number in order to receive a replacement product or a refund.

Please note:
  • All returns must have a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • All faulty items must be returned to AGIFT within 7 days of the RA number being issued.
  • Items that are returned to AGIFT without the RA number will be returned to sender.

    Should we not be able to fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund your payment within 3 days and inform you of the reason for non fulfilment.

    All clearance sales are final - no returns, refunds or credits will be made.
